Zephaniah 1:18 - Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

FYI: The precept said neither their silver nor their gold, thus identifying wha...t the people placed their trust and confidence and happiness in, which was their silver and gold. The function to which their trust and confidence was established upon in reference to the silver and gold, was like unto that which is placed in a deliverer, one they could count on in troubling times to save them, thus showing where their value of life was based upon, which was in their silver and gold. So to do this against the Most High sets him against you, because you are placing monetary gain ahead of of him in the function in which he operates as, which is a deliverer. Then to make things worse, they didn't gain the silver and gold in a just way, but rather it was unjustly gained and gotten, therefore upon the time of the wrath of the Most High, these things would not be able to forbid the judgment that was to come upon them for placing all their trust into silver and gold as if it was their God. So because of their gain unjustly gotten, destruction came upon them, just like with Babylon when it was taken by the Medes. Let me show you something else to give you a further understanding as to why their silver and gold would be useless.

Isaiah 13:17 - Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.

FYI: When you stir up something, you emotionally agitate it by meddling with it, you make it jealous to get it to contend or engage in a conflict, in which this is what the Most High said he would do unto the Medes. The precept says which shall not regard silver, and as for gold, they shall not delight in it, but why?

Proverbs 6:34-35 - For jealousy is the rage of a man: therefore he will not spare in the day of vengeance. He will not regard any ransom; neither will he rest content, though thou givest many gifts.

FYI: When you emotionally agitate something by meddling with it thus making it jealous, its no different than throwing a lighted match on trail of gasoline, because you have just ignited a spark to blaze. So by the Most High igniting this spark to blaze within the Medes, they shall be filled with rage and shall more eagerly pursue the destruction of the people, rather than getting the spoil, such as their silver and gold. So when your reading Zephaniah, now you can understand clearly as to why their silver and gold wouldn't be able to save them, because those whom the Most High would use to execute his judgment upon them, would be so filled with rage, that they wouldn't care about being bribed with silver nor gold, but more eager to destroy them. Which in order to bribe them, shows that the people placed high value and trust in their silver and gold, as a means of a Messiah type, thinking it could save their lives. So this is not saying you cannot buy silver nor gold people, it is not saying it will not be able to benefit you in the time to come. The lesson to learn from here, is to not solely rely upon having silver and gold as a mindset of thinking your safe and good and delivered, which is a false assurance.

FYI: Go back and research before how the people were trading with silver and gold with each other back in the 1930's, and you will see how so far off in understanding many who believe the precept to be saying what they profess, is completely way off in understanding. I had to respond to this, because it was the 6th message I received about the matter, from people not even on my page who had heard such a bogus belief. When they crash the dollar folks lol, its of no use in trading with, you can't even take it to the bank now and get a silver certificate for it now, because they know its valueless. You can get you some silver and gold, its not about what the government will allow, but rather what the Most High will allow and enable to those who gain so righteously, unlike those in precept who did so un-righteously. The Most High just wants you to depend upon him with your heart, mind, body and soul completely, and he will take care of you. When you don't have gas to make it to work next week, he has a way of moving upon someone's heart to be able to provide you with paper money to assist you, so also in the times to come will he assist you as well with having gold or silver. Please, stop following and listening to people whom you clearly see the Most High is not working through, eating that false understanding is going to end up having you messed up like hot sauce on tacos and burritos baby lol.
