They thought my mind was playing tricks on me, when I said FEMA was going to perform a dry run in New Orleans, for one, to see how far they could go in taking the Natural People's rights and property, and round them up classifying them as "...refugees" and relocating them in camps, and also test their ability to confiscate firearms from white law abiding citizens in the process. All them weak as creek water camps were talking about a future coming of the King Alfred Plan, when I was trying to tell them that they had cloaked the King Alfred Plan as the Homeland Security Act, which is actually in place to protect this "stolen" land from the Aboriginals (so called blacks) of it whom they classified as "black indians" when they first arrived here in what is now known as North America, when it was originally Northwest Africa, that's another lesson for another day. The United States Government placed these killers in New Orleans in which they were openly patrolling the streets of New Orleans weeks before Hurricane Katrina. Some of the mercenaries were deputized by the Louisiana governor in which some even wore the Louisiana state law enforcement badges on their chest and Blackwater photo identification cards on their arms, but yet that wasn't made known to the public.

These mercenaries were on contract with the Department of Homeland Security and were given the authority to use lethal force, in which several of the mercenaries had served in Iraq on the personal security details of the former head of the US occupation, L. Paul Bremer and the former US ambassador to Iraq, John Negroponte. After the levees survived the storm intact, these contract killers were sent in to blow up the levees, in which Hurricane Katrina was a low, Category 3 storm not a CAT 4 or 5 as initially claimed and used as the reason the levees gave way. These hired contract killers were paid using the American People's tax dollars in which each of these crooks were making $350 dollars a day in Louisiana. They used Napalm in the water in which Napalm generates extremely high temperatures upon oxidation on the skin, which is why a lot of people got their skin ate up and melted and it's the reason so many animals died, cause this flammable liquid gas is deadly once it hits the air and skin. These contract killers are still in Louisiana till this day, in which I told you before they were disguised as police officers and awaiting their next mission, which presented itself with the Gulf Oil Spill. They don't even tell the people these Contract Killers were using mustard gas and nerve gas and other burning chemicals to destroy the people, to which they were not even near the Spill itself, but gave the government the right to murder off more Aboriginals of the land.

But yeah I told you and everybody then that they were going to call them refugees, and the people would be upset but blind to the truth of what they just told them by making such a reference to them as so. First off what is a refugee, its one who flees to a foreign country or power to escape danger or persecution, such as one who flees for safety, in which the people of New Orleans were doing, thus were they refugees. Now the matter that should have caught the people's attention, is the underlining meaning behind the term, refugee. Since none of these camps teach higher truth in regards to the people, then the people were upset claiming they were citizens, how the government going to call them refugees. Simple, because they know that any and all who do not claim their Nationality are refugees to the Union States Corporate Democracy. Which the only citizenship the people can claim under that Corporation claiming to be government when they are actually not, is that of a foreigner, a 14th Amendment "artificial person", thereby they have no citizenship rights. So knowing that, they rightfully called them Refugees, and then proceeded the cease the created opportunity to declare Martial Law and initiate and exercise the King Alfred Plan known as Rex 84, which has been cloaked now under the disguise of the Homeland Security Act.

The term minorities is just a social political status, to which George Bush and anybody else in power could care less about, because they know their dealing with a people that are Dead in the eyes of the Law. So it was not about George Bush not caring or liking "Black People", its about our people waking up and caring about themselves, and desiring higher knowledge beyond this Zionist funded movement of the so called Hebrew Israelites, that is designed to be another form of the Nation of Islam on Western soil, whew, didn't know that one did you?
