Having a defined target audience is very key, in which one most popular other than  children, are teenagers. Why teenagers you might ask? Well simply because the part of the brain during  teenage stage that requires a person to make responsible decisions, understand consequences, and process  problem solving, is very much active in development stage. Though the brain is not quite fully mature yet, the  thinking part of the brain known as the pre-frontal cortex is still making connections. So with that being the  ordeal, they are more vulnerable to subliminal encoded messages, cause most of the information reaching  their brains being processed is in the emotional part known as the limbic system. So information processed in  the limbic system, without the benefit of higher level processing in the pre frontal cortex, results in impulsive,  egocentric and risky, forms of behavior. So if I'm the Rebels of Light and I'm desiring ultimate power and  leverage over global populations for more profit and more control and implant them with microchips, what  better way to do so then using my Roman Catholic Church to introduce "The Baby Think It Over" infant  simulator?

No better way, some of you might be wondering what is that? Well its a life size baby doll with  realistic computerized responses, which allows teens to experience some of the demands of infant care.  Therefore, I could then begin testing my Nano technology secretly through this program, to schools and  organizations giving them the illusion of it being to help adolescents appreciate the responsibilities involved  with parenthood, by helping them avoid unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmissible infections. While  secretly knowing I'm just experimenting to see if could inject every newborn with a microchip, which could  then function to identify them for the rest of their life, with their parents signing the contract to allow their child  to participate in this program. Which would then give me the insight as to how I could get them to later sign  their children up for my vaccines that contain microchips without any trace of my agenda being made public.  Therefore my internal computer inside of the baby doll, would record any abuse, which includes rough  handling, dropping or hitting, which is really my testing for behavioral aggression and resistance to authority to  help me determine if this person will resist my New World Order or be passive.

Therefore my internal computer  inside of the baby doll, would shut down if the computer is removed from the baby doll for more than five  minutes, which is really my testing on the length of time each individual will have before they are met by force  for removing their microchip. Also will I mandate that the students wear a care key on a non-removable  bracelet, which is really my testing for future mandate of national identification cards, and also the key would  be so that no one else could care for the baby, which is making sure one identity is established with my  national identification card so that those who resist cannot eat or live off another's privilege. See this is how I  can legally invade their privacy without hearing one outcry from the citizens of the United States of America.  Then to really smooth over the illusion given as a cover-up for my agenda, I would just have my agents create  statistics showing that in the United States, they have the highest rate of teen pregnancy of any industrialized  nation, twice as high as England, France and Canada, and nine times as high as the Netherlands and Japan. 

Then to further hook sink their parents into supporting my "The Baby Think It Over" infant simulator program,  I'll create fictitious news articles of teenage girls in their area who are becoming pregnant each year, and who  are contracting aids and other sexually transmitted diseases, then they'll sign their children up themselves.  Which is really my testing of creating fictitious media propaganda to incite fear in the people of them becoming  infected with one of my lab created flues, which would then have them rushing to my clinics to sign themselves  up for my microchip vaccinations. In the process, I kill two birds with one stone, cause then after spending a  couple of days and nights with the "Baby Think It Over" infant simulator, many teenagers will make the  decision to not have any children. Many young women will become more career minded instead of being part  of the honor of God's union of motherhood, this way I keep the union of family offset and control the number of  infants born, without the public ever noticing such a covert operation was planned. They would brush such talk  if ever exposed, as being crazy and continue in the darkness I created called religions, like they did during the  Vietnam War when I injected my own soldiers with a chip that was designed to increase adrenaline flow into  their bloodstream.
