Understand that, it has been traditionally used a 'bond" by the corporate state politicians, without the knowledge of the people. As a bond, it has been utilized to place your child in "debt-bondage" to transfer private corporate debt against the child as well as to generate finance/revenues for the corporate state under the "nom de guerre" and "straw man" construct. The administrators and representatives of the hospitals, under the Demo Union States Society jurisdiction, are instructed to firmly encourage you to "sign" the "surety bond", revenue raising "Birth Certificate", before leaving the hospital.

A 'Bond-Claim' and 'debt' will be placed against your newborn child, in which the Administrators are in conspiracy with the corporate State. Even if the individual employees may not recognize the deception, saying they are only quote on quote "doing their jobs", do not be intimidated by their persistence. You are not obligated to sign any of their private corporate -law documents, they will tell you that they have to send the paperwork to the State, which only proves their collusion. Tell them that you are not waiving any rights whatsoever, and are not transferring any Authority (power of attorney) to them under any condition. You name your child at your own will (not before them), and record the "Natural Birth Record" of your seed/offspring yourself, reserving, and securing all of your natural and inalienable rights.

The bond-able Birth Certificate also deceptively gives the corporate State the authority to sign your child up for military draft, in which soon as the child comes of age, his or her name is placed into a Data System to be pressure contacted by the Demo Union States military. This is why military personnel appear at the Public Schools around the time the child comes of age, since the child is already filed as 'State-Ward", corporate property. You the parent are to name and record the natural birth of your child, it is not smart to participate in the corporate State's birth certificate usury contract. Understand that nationality is not something you have to wait until the return of Christ to have, instead its actually derived at birth from your mother's womb. Know that contracts were put into place, to actually deprive you of your nationality, what is a berth? To come into or dock at a wharf such as when a ship comes into a dock, it arrives.

So consequently, when a ship pulls into a port, it pulls in and stops, that is called its berth, because the ship has now arrived. So because it is on the laws of the high seas, it is governed by the UCC Commercial Law. Thus upon acceptance of them along with a marriage license, do you grant Child Protective Services the right to chattel your seeds at will anytime they please, because through the State Marriage License and State Birth Certificate, does the State sign CPS to your family.

The minute you sign for that birth certificate and social security card, you just signed your child or children over to the Corporate State, which enslaves them as fictitious straw-man, otherwise Corporate Entities, which this is also how you are handing them over, which this is the real process of delivery, which is delivering them into the hands of the State. As where before in times past during physical slavery, the Corporate Master of the Family, would be standing along side his slave (property) while she was having her child, and then afterward, the child was delivered over into the hands of the Corporate Master of the Family, which now through the Emancipation Proclamation, the responsibility of the so called Black slaves, was transferred from the Corporate White Families, to the Corporate States. Your European doctor is really no different than the Coporate Master of the Family, cause just like them, the doctor signs the "berth" certificate, which is your "certificate of manifest", your kept in the possession of the Master's quarters, as where today, that is called the Maternity "Ward". You never question as to why your child is kept in a Ward, which is why you fail to realize that, no other hospital areas are called wards, which prisons have wards and wardens. Understand that, "Ward" ever since the 14th century, has meant a guarding, a watchman, used in the sense of guardianship, and in the sense of hospital divisions since 1749.

Thus is your child kept in a "ward" (prison), to be watched by nurses (jailers), in a sense of how the parents would care for their child, which is in the sense gives them guardianship, which since the 15th century, the word "ward" has been used as meaning "minor under control of a guardian". So your children my brothers and sisters, are held as Ward Property deem as State Property, under Wardship Tenures, which when you sign those documents (contracts), you just voluntarily gave your child up for adoption. Then the State claims your child or children, which makes them the bond holders of titles, birth records and certificates, marriage certificates, driver's licenses, and a host of things that child is promised to acquire at some point in their life. So the State becomes the Negotiable Bond- Holdings, thus do they bind you and your child as the Lienee (Lien), because you waived your nationality to become corporate entities under the 14th Amendment, and without claiming a nationality, you cannot null and void these contracts, and legally establish yourself as a free Natural Person having inalienable rights, that belongs to a nation.
