When you examine the Declaration of The Rights of The Child of 1959, it states:

Principle 3

The child shall be entitled from his birth to a name and a nationality.

Shall be entitled, meaning given the right to an estate or property or rank, hence to give that person a claim to possession or privilege. Which in order to revoke this right from an individual, you must change their name to identify with a people or person, that has no right, thus doing so allows those who now own them to claim them as their property, thus in return making them who own them, as being the overseer to claim their possession or privilege. We are not Europeans, so by them changing our names to their names, allowed them to rightfully claim all that which is rightfully ours, thus making us as dependents still claimed upon as a form of tax. This is how we can continue transacting business under European names so freely, despite not being Europeans nor them making a fuss about it, cause their benefiting still today in 2011, off of the evil and unjust dehumanization of your and my ancestors, so as long as you continue under the fraudulent name of a European.

They make no mention of this and just pass over it saying unto you that slavery is done away with it, its in the past, while all the while not really wanting you to awaken to this discovery. Why, because they know our people can never obtain justice, equality and political stability under the Negro and Black and African American brand tags, given unto them during slavery, which are a fraud. They know this, its our people that don't, this is a masked practice of theirs of clothing the Slaves artificially with European surnames, which helps them to legally compound the fraud. Principle 4

The child shall enjoy the benefits of social security. He shall be entitled to grow and develop in health; to this end, special care and protection shall be provided both to him and to his mother, including adequate pre-natal and post-natal care. The child shall have the right to adequate nutrition, housing, recreation and medical services.

Lets examine something first, the word social is rendered to meaning "pertaining to a society as a natural condition of human life, thus showing a human being as not being a 3/5 compromise, but rather a citizen of a society, such as belonging to a Nation or State. So according to their own law, you were already a citizen just by you being a human being, but by making you 3/5 of a Compromise and changing your name, they reduced your Status. How so, because Nationality is that quality, character, fact and reality of a person or a people belonging to a Nation or State, so by them doing so, you no longer could be classified as a citizen, thus meaning no longer a human being, but rather an animal, which is why they called you monkeys, because they detached you from the Family of Nations.

The security that you had, was drawn from the Constitution of the Republic, which secured your inalienable rights as a human being, but by them doing this such thing, they were able to make the Constitution to no effect towards you, but rather modified it to secure their move, with the 14th and 15th amendments, to upgrade you from slaves of the Corporate European families, to now slaves of the Corporate European States/United States Government. So they detached you from the Family of Nations, knowing that in order to be recognized by The Nations of the Earth, and The Nation/Government in which you live in, and to be acknowledged by all Free National Beings, they knew you must have a Free National Name and National Origin.

By them doing this, it activated a dutiable social standing, because determination of One's consenting Legal, Social, and Political Status, within organized Government and within Society as a whole, is determined through their Free National Name and Nationality, otherwise without such, they could establish the slaves by the incorrect "colored" status. Therefore classifying you as Black, which is an adjective and color, defined you legally as property, and property doesn't have flesh and blood, therefore its dead in the sight of the Law, thus no rights are given to a dead person. So when your calling yourself Black, Negro, African American and by the other brand tags given unto your ancestors as slaves, your only perpetuating the fraud of the "colored" status. So you don't enjoy the benefits of social security, because your not a citizen of a society, such as belonging to a Nation or State, therefore in order for you to enjoy semblance of those benefits, you need what social security is not, and that is a "card".

This is why they still have you sign for one when your at the hospital bringing a child into the world, they are allowing you to freely sign to give away your Child's right to claim possession or have privilege of that which they acquired by inheritance through your fore-parents. Should make sense now, as to why they give you Civil Rights instead of Human Rights, cause with Human Rights they owe you Land and so much more, as where giving you Civil Rights, they give the slaves their adequate nutrition, in the form of Wic and Food Stamps, their housing in the form of Section 8, their recreation as YMCA and public Centers, and their medical services in the form of Medicaid, which is a U.S. medical assistance program set up by Title XIX of the Social Security Act of 1965. Their not giving you no ministry of defense and your own Land and grants and Free College Education and no lawful taxes as they done with all others, instead they just give you as your reparations, Wic & Food Stamps, Section 8, YMCA and public Centers, and Medicaid and call it a debt paid in full.

Principle 7

The child is entitled to receive education, which shall be free and compulsory, at least in the elementary stages. He shall be given an education which will promote his general culture and enable him, on a basis of equal opportunity, to develop his abilities, his individual judgement, and his sense of moral and social responsibility, and to become a useful member of society.

Again here you see the world entitled, which they say his education should be free and compulsory, which means required by rule, at least in the elementary stages, which college doesn't fall under this legal Principle, thus do you pay for it. But what you should pay very close attention to here in this Principle, is the fact that it said "He shall be given an education which will promote his general culture". This here is amazing, because these European schools claim that our people are African, but yet they aren't taught any language on the continent of Africa in American schools. Now how does that align with the Law stating you shall be given an education which will promote your general culture, in which your general culture is not the same as Europeans? It doesn't line up, why your not being taught your culture, nowhere in this Principle does it say out of the 12 months of the year, is only one month to be set aside to teach your culture.

So why do so if those in power have nothing to hide? Why teach you European history, when your supposedly African, if the purpose of doing so is not intended upon destroying your psyche, to keep you from discovering who you really are and linking back to the knowledge of your rightful Fore-parents? This is White Supremacy to the highest degree being veiled as being Democracy, which is disguised hypocrisy, their European education is designed to disconnect you from discovering your history, and the names of your real fore-parents so that you don't discover your true Nationality. Why else do you think they don't teach you the literary traditions of your ancient fore-parents? Understand your body is totally different from Europeans, so why would they give you food and medicine suited for Europeans, knowing yall are two separate nations, if their not trying to break down your immune system? They know Nationality determines a person's political status as an individual and as a people, especially with allegiance, just as they know Domicile determines "civil status". Nationality arises by birth, thus making one a superior sovereign citizen, which now they use Naturalization upon the Indigenous people, which makes them an inferior legislated alien citizen. But do you know when you need such a method, when you have stolen a people's birthrights, which are those rights which are acquired at birth, that involve heritage, which they still steal from all people now, by having them sign for a certificate of manifest known as a birth certificate. Understand that, heritage is in reference to that which is inherited, such as that which one receives or will receive from one's parents, predecessors or ancestors. Now if your not the Indigenous people of the Land, then how do you have claims to something that is not yours other than by stealing it from those who have claim by way of inheritance?

Then how can you go to these Europeans Colonists schools and expect them to educate you? Since when have you ever seen a sheep go to a wolf asking him for Human Rights? Never, because how can a wolf give something he is not of Nationality to receive? He can't, makes about as much sense as trying to eat cereal with a fork. They have taken our people through a process that is called Naturalization, in which Naturalization is the acquisition or superior claim of a government over persons and or properties for the purpose of securing that which is rightfully the property or possession of the Citizens alone. So what was yours, is now theirs, by them changing your name to theirs, they nationalized you to be perpetual property as a form of tax unto their generations to come, thus upholding White Supremacy for generations upon generations to come, with their children reaping in the benefits of their Frauds they have committed upon your ancestors, and they tell you to let it go its in the past, when should be telling them to give it up in the present the benefits you now have acquired that your Ancestors done for you to live the life you live off the past.

If they are going to tell history, then tell history, not His story, which history is that in August of 1492, Columbus sailed West with his ships the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria. Then after ten weeks he sighted an island in the Bahamas, which he named San Salvador, thinking he had found islands near Japan. Then he sailed on until he reached Cuba, which he thought was the mainland China and later Haiti. Then he returned to Spain with many products unknown to Europe, such as coconuts, tobacco, sweet corn, potatoes, and with tales of dark skinned native people whom he called "Indians", because he simply assumed he was sailing the Indian Ocean, but don't expect them to print this history in their books. Ask yourself, if you are so free as it is proclaimed, then why are you still transacting business in Europeans names and think that there are no social, political, legal or lawful consequences for doing so? Lets keep it real real for a minute, now if I was writing checks under a name for which I had no identification to prove that I was the owner of the bank account, would I not be guilty of committing identity theft? Of course I would, so just knowing that has consequences, then you best believe there are consequences for you transacting business under European names, their just not going to tell you because they benefit socially, politically, and economically.

See what they don't tell you is that, by doing so, you are actually going against the Principle, by living in violation of the very Law, which our people so ignorantly go unto them looking for reparations and equality and justice for all by.
