AFFIDAVIT
We, Farrow & Candace Jackson, Non Bondservants, and state Citizens of the Louisiana Republic affirm: Be it known to all courts, governments, and other federal controlled institutions:
That we hereby as being Hebrew Israelites, sincerely hold to strong biblical morals and statutes and judgments given unto us (Deut 4:1), by the Most High Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh (Ex 3:14). So with that being said, we therefore make it known unto all courts and governments and federal controlled institutions, that it is against our deepest up most spiritual convictions and morally insane for us to accept the federal government's way of controlling and depopulizing human life, by way of weapons of chemical mass destruction, with the injecting of any foreign or domestic substance into our bodies, or the body of our child. The Knights of Malta, which is another strong arm force of the Roman Catholic Church, with their former Nazis, and CIA and drug companies, created the Human Immune Deficiency Virus (HIV), which causes the present Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) epidemic. We are fully aware that this virus is in every hepatitis B vaccine administered by the medical inquisitors, the AMA, in which the Federal government allows. We are against that action, Isaiah 9:16 teaches that - For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed. These vaccines that the government has been pushing upon the people since their inception, has killed more lives than they have healed.
A child on their first day when born, is injected with a hepatitis b shot, under EPA guidelines the child would have to be 275 pounds to safely absorb the shot, and no child is born weighing that much. Hospitals are routinely injecting newborns with the Hepatitis B vaccine during their first 24 hours of life. A series of inquiries produced no convincing medical reason or scientific evidence for this procedure, which is insane because it is done despite mothers testing negative for Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is primarily an adult disease transmitted through bodily fluids. Those most at risk are the highly promiscuous (heterosexual or homosexual), needle-sharing drug addicts, health care and custodial workers exposed to blood, and babies born to already-infected mothers and those who are unaware of their government's true intention behind vaccines. Millions of U.S. children are being forced to submit to vaccination consisting of three hepatitis B shots (at about $40 each), now what would be the purpose of this procedure if a newborn mother tests negative for Hepatitis B? Answer is federal control of the people and depopulation of human life leading towards a one world government controlled communist society. See it is our full belief that these poisons are designed to kill the people slowly in the form of medicine, in which the people aren't told these vaccinations contain live viruses, which would later erupt into “incurable diseases” such as cancer and aids.
The scripture teaches us that the parents are entrusted with the care and welfare of the child, and their home, not the court system, not the state, and not the government. Such institutions were not present at the time of laying down to conceive our child, so such institutions are not held responsible and aren't spiritually certified enough to govern the health of our child and home (Eph 6:1). As a man it is my duty to govern my home and the welfare of my child and to make health care decisions on behalf of my child as well as others under my roof (1 Tim 5:8). The prescribing information on Vitamin K shot states that fatalities are an adverse reaction according to the Merck pharmaceutical package insert.

A conflict arises because our spiritual convictions are predicated on the belief that all life is sacred, and the Most High's commandment in Exodus 20:13 states - Thou shalt not kill. So Thou Shall Not Kill applies to the practice of injection of carcinogenic substances that can kill. We Farrow and Candace Jackson, as the parents of Farrow Lavell Lindsey Jackson Jr., are exercising our rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, La. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 40:1299.1, and Louisiana Revised Statutes 17:170 Sec E to receive Religious Exemption from Vaccination & testing. We are more than prepared to sue in Federal Court by invoking 42 USC 1983 if Vitamin K injection, Hepatitis B vaccine, and Newborn Screening is forced upon our child.
Vaccines were supposed to be designed to give the people immunity from certain diseases, but the most interesting immunity is the drug corporation's immunity from any liability related to vaccine side effects, which Congress gave them by law in 1986. That combined with coercive state laws, has made vaccines extremely profitable for the drug corporations, and extremely dangerous for the people. America has in God We Trust on her money, but the question no one is asking is what God? What God sanctions a government to lock up a man for murdering another man, but gives a pass to a woman for having a State controlled institution help her murder a child? What God sanctions a government to use aborted baby fetuses in vaccinations? What God sanctions a government to use the blood from unclean diseased animals to inject into the bodies of human beings? That God is Satan, and the bible teaches us in 1 Corinthians 6:19 - What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:20 - For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. So as Hebrew Israelites, to inject known neurotoxins into our children, which have known health risks, would be a violation of these biblical teachings.
With some vaccines being produced using aborted baby lung tissues, which are man and government profiting from the murder of human life, the bible teaches us in Jeremiah 23:14 not to support those who walk in lies and not to strengthen the hands of evildoers. So for us to accept the depopulation of human life by way of vaccinations, would be a violation and degradation to us and those following this nation to go against the teachings of the Most High just for the sake of ACIP (Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices) and CDC (Centers for Disease Control), to earn extra dollars in their accounts. We do not and will not strengthen the hands of this evil vaccination obsessed Western Society, what this government stands for is not according to the laws and statues and judgments of the Most High. The Bible also teaches that there have been times in history when evil government and government employees have attempted, through force or color of law, to intimidate, harm or destroy the children of God’s people. (Exodus 1 and 2/ Matthew 2). Therefore, if a parent feels that vaccines are not safe, it is their responsibility to defend their children from an individual or government who is attempting to subject their children to those vaccine risks, by any means spiritually necessary.
We are law abiding citizens, we teach children and adults to abide by the laws of the land, but when those laws of the land contradict the laws of the Most High, we forsake man's law and obey the Most High (Acts 5:29 - Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men). The Bible teaches us that we are not to harm or wrong our neighbor. (Romans 13:10 and James 2:8) Our decisions to decline vaccines do not wrong or threaten our neighbor. If vaccines were truly effective, the neighbor would not be in danger from someone who is not vaccinated. Therefore, be it known, that based upon the teachings of the Holy Bible, it is our spiritual conviction not to have our children vaccinated. We desire to be at peace with those who may feel or think differently than we do on this issue and that is why we humbly explain the choice we have made. We will protect our children from the injection of neurotoxins, retroviruses and foreign animal proteins that are in vaccinations. Exodus 13:2 - Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever openeth the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of beast: it is mine. It is not the teaching of the Most High to vaccinate children, therefore we sanctify our children and cleanse them by his word which is the only truth (John 17:17).
Applicable law has been interpreted to mean that a religious belief is subject to protection even though no religious group espouses such beliefs or the fact that the religious group to which the individual professes to belong may not advocate or require such belief. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended Nov. 1, 1980; Part 1605.1-Guidelines on Discrimination Because of Religion.
Our legal rights are guaranteed by the free exercise clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Recent court decisions have upheld the rights of individuals seeking exemptions from immunizations based upon personal and religious reasons. On the U.S. Supreme Court level in Frazee V. Illinois Dept. of Security, 489 U.S. 829, it was found that a state may not deny an exemption simply because a person is not a member of a formal religious organization. The Most High is our only source of protection of our bodies and that of our family that we can accept and uphold. We affirm that vaccination & injections of any foreign substances and proteins conflict with our religious beliefs as stated above. Therefore, we would request that you accommodate our religious beliefs and practices by exempting our newborn child from any vaccinations, injections and testing of any kind. Rest assured that my family and I do practice a form of immunization that keeps our immune systems strong and is in keeping with Biblical principles.
