The Three Fifths Compromise - WHY YOU NEVER HEAR BARACK SPEAK ON THIS?

The Three Fifths Compromise

Many compromises were happening over the slaves and their freedom. This compromise was the first. While the U.S. Constitution was being written, the South decided not to sign it. The South wanted their slaves to be used for the purpose of the counting of taxes. The northerners did not want this to happen. If the South were to be allowed to do this, they would have more Representatives. This was a problem because the north thought it was unfair for the slave owner to vote and have the right to vote for all their slaves, too. For the south to have more Representatives would make the southerners have more of a say in all the decisions that were going on. they would only be Representatives for only another 2 years, until they would pick new representatives With making some changes, the U.S. Congress decided the slaves would be counted, when they decided representatives for both sides, as three fifths of a free white or black person. That's why the Three Fifths Compromise got it's name. In conclusion the slaves didn't vote, but were counted for three fifths of a free white or black person.

The words "3/5 compromise" was added to the Constitution because they didn't want to put the word "slave" there, so the delegates agreed the Constitution would state that population would be determined by counting the number of "free Persons, plus three-fifths of all other Persons. Now common sense tells you, if one is considered an "other person" rather than a free person, then obviously the "other person" must be "not free", meaning they still a slave. Now how come Barack never spoke of this? You voted for that devil, and it was both the Democrats and Republicans who voted to keep you as slaves and put it in their Constitution, yet still King who was being financed by the Jewish Elite, was marching for Civil Rights based off a dream, instead of marching for Human Rights based off reality.

Slaves were not Citizens, state or national, but were merely considered the personal 'property' of the slave holders. After the 13 Amendment was ratified in 1865, it created a problem because the newly freed slaves were not citizens of any state or country, because they were just property, and property did not have citizenship. To solve the problem, the 14th amendment was passed. This amendment created a new class of citizenship. This new class was legally called: 'United States citizen', (with a small "c"). NOT 'United States of America Citizen', but just 'United States citizen'. Notice that the U.S. citizen is spelled with a lower case 'c'. This is to show a lower class of citizenship. This class of citizen (U.S. citizen) is a privilege granted by the federal government, and not a sovereign inalienable right.

You will notice that the 14th Amendment says that the States shall uphold the 'privileges and immunities' of United States citizens. What about their 'rights'? United States citizens, subject to the government, do not have a constitution, or inalienable rights, you cannot get that from a government. Property (artificial persons) can only have civil rights, privileges and immunities granted by the government. They are people that have been slightly upgraded from property (slaves) to having the privilege of being a citizen/subject of the United States government. They made you think slavery was over when in fact they only modernized it. Which is why the new United States citizens, created by the 14th Amendment, had no one to protect their new status and rights. Worse yet, they had no rights to protect, just privileges and immunities (civil rights) granted by the federal government. The privilege was, being 'subject' to the federal government, instead of to a foreign nation, and the immunities were to be added later.

And they were. One by one, the courts gradually added, to U.S. citizens, each of the rights that American citizens had under the first 10 amendments, but they were not inalienable rights, they were only civil rights. Civil rights are rights given to you by the government. Governments cannot give you inalienable rights you already have those, but civil rights can also be taken away by the government. Since the federal possessions and territories (federal states) had their own governments, just like the 50 states, this amendment prevented both the 50 state governments, and the federal states, from making laws that violated the civil rights of these United States citizen subjects, so our people have no human rights in America because they are not considered humans, but instead property. Wakeup folks Democrats and Republicans are nothing more than organized gangs, they recruit people to join their gang verses joining the other, this is where our people get it from, red and blue are they colors they are the true crips and bloods. Wake up and stop being these people flunkies!

Anytime a man of color doesn't have to fight for change, and instead just has to campaign, you better research and see who funding him and their purpose for allowing him to be in the position. They threw alot of our people off by them seeing a black face, but yet NOWHERE in his policy for change did you ever hear him mention changing black history into more than just a month, you better wakeup. Nowhere did he talk about making you a citizen instead of a 3/5 compromise. If I wasn't enlightened on the truth, I'd be a hypocrite and celebrate the fact we have another black president with John Hanson being the first, but when ever have you seen the people in the fields who slaving ever celebrate when Master puts another one of their people in nice clothes and educate him and let him inside his house? Never, because they not blind to the whip in his hand that he uses on their backs. Wake up Folks Shalom!
